Building a Tobacco Enterprise

The story began in 2005 with the establishment of CAC INT'L TOBACCO, located in the export free trade zone of Santiago, the heart of the Dominican cigar industry. Covering approximately 4,500 square meters of manufacturing and warehouse facilities, CAC specializes in premium cigar tobacco processing, tobacco distribution, and handmade cigar production.

Over the years, CAC has developed one of the region's most extensive tobacco sourcing networks. The company directly cultivates approximately 100 hectares of tobacco fields while maintaining long-term partnerships with growers covering an additional 500 to 600 hectares. Beyond the Dominican Republic, its network extends across Nicaragua, Honduras, Ecuador, and Mexico, allowing access to some of the world's finest cigar tobaccos while maintaining rigorous quality standards.

In 2014, CAC achieved another important milestone by becoming one of the first companies to export premium cigar tobacco from the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Nicaragua, and Mexico to China. These tobaccos now supply several of China's leading cigar manufacturers, including producers behind some of the country's best-known premium cigars. In recognition of this contribution to Dominican exports, company president Lily Wang received an official award from the Government of the Dominican Republic for her achievements in international trade.

The Birth of Tobacco Queen

Building upon this foundation, Cigar Ambassador established Tobacco Queen S.R.L. in 2019 within a Dominican free trade zone, creating a dedicated manufacturing facility for its flagship premium cigar brand, Tobacco Queen.

The factory oversees the complete production process, including hand rolling, post-roll aging, packaging, and international export. Every cigar is handcrafted by experienced Dominican artisans using carefully selected tobaccos sourced through CAC INT'L TOBACCO's extensive agricultural and procurement network.

Unlike many premium cigar brands that purchase finished tobacco on the open market, Tobacco Queen benefits from years of investment in tobacco cultivation, fermentation, aging, and international sourcing. This vertically integrated approach allows the company to begin with exceptionally well-aged tobaccos, ensuring consistency, complexity, and refinement long before a cigar reaches the rolling table.
