To further strengthen its operations, Cigar Ambassador established CAC International Tobacco Group, S.A. de C.V. in Honduras and developed Leyenda de Copán S.A. de C.V., creating a dedicated manufacturing and tobacco processing facility in San Marcos, Danlí, El Paraíso—the heart of Honduras's most celebrated cigar-producing region.

The facility serves as a fully integrated production center, encompassing tobacco processing, warehousing, handmade cigar production, packaging, and export preparation. Every stage of production is managed under one roof, ensuring consistent quality from raw tobacco to finished cigar.

The factory itself carries a rich legacy. Before joining Cigar Ambassador Global, the facility formed part of the longstanding cigar operations established by the Reyes family in Danlí and was historically associated with respected local cigar brands and manufacturing resources. Following its acquisition and integration, Cigar Ambassador modernized the operation by introducing its international supply chain, quality management systems, brand development expertise, and global export network while preserving the craftsmanship that has defined Danlí for generations.

Inspired by the legendary Mayan civilization of Copán, Leyenda de Copán celebrates one of Central America's greatest historical treasures. The name Leyenda, meaning "legend," reflects the belief that a premium cigar should tell a story—not only of tobacco and craftsmanship, but also of the people, history, and culture that shaped the land where it was born. The ancient ruins of Copán, with their intricate carvings, towering monuments, and enduring mystery, serve as the spiritual foundation of the brand.

Built upon the character of Honduran tobacco, Leyenda de Copán emphasizes natural richness, woody complexity, earthy undertones, and exceptional combustion. Through careful aging, rigorous quality control, standardized manufacturing, and meticulous packaging, the factory produces cigars that remain true to Honduras's cigar-making heritage while meeting the expectations of today's international premium cigar market.

With the establishment of its Honduras operation, Cigar Ambassador completed a manufacturing network spanning the three great cigar-producing nations of Central America.
